How can we help your child?
Yoga classes are age specific, where each child is educated about the benefits of yoga, as well as incorporating the use yoga therapy within each tailored lesson.

Each class combines mindful movement, breath work, yoga poses and yoga therapy exercises, mindfulness and relaxations. Children are able to re-balance big emotions, build resilience and inner strength, incorporate strategies to help become more grounded, self-aware and have a positive outlook on life. Every class has a specific intention which is based on a particular theme/topic.
