Be YOU! Children's Yoga and Wellbeing  was founded by Rebecca Quinn from County Tyrone in Ireland. Rebecca was  based in Brisbane, Australia for over 2 years where she completed all her training and is excited to bring back her knowledge and skills to Northern Ireland.

She is a children’s Yoga teacher, specialising in yoga therapy for children and teens.

Having been a primary school teacher for eight years, Rebecca has seen the various challenges children and parents are faced with in this ever growing fast paced world. After many years in the classroom, she has had the chance to teach hundreds of children of all ages, all backgrounds and

with various needs and abilities.

​

Her passion always lay in the development of the whole child. With the many demands and roles of every teacher today, Rebecca knew in her heart that she wanted to make a difference to children on a physical, emotional and mental level.

 

Making the move to Australia and giving up her teaching career brought lots of change- but this is where she found Zenergy Yoga. Zenergy is the only provider for children and teens yoga in the world that combines the impacts and benefits of using yoga, as well as yoga therapy when working with children.

Zenergy was founded by Loraine Rushton- the leading authority on yoga and yoga therapy for children and teens. Loraine has over 20 years experience and has taught thousands of children of all ages creating a huge impact on their lives. She has written the standards for kids yoga in Australia and writes articles for various yoga magazines.

Be YOU! is passionate about creating positive, lifelong changes to children’s lives and provides a safe place where every child is able to learn,

grow and be themselves!
